Packfit
Savings audit

See what oversized cartons cost you — before you write any code.

The audit is a one-off analysis on your historical orders. No integration, no API key, no commitment. If the number is small, you have saved yourself a project.

01

You send two CSVs

One month of order lines (order id, SKU, quantity) and your article master with dimensions and weights. Plus your carton range and, if you have it, your carrier rate card.

02

We repack every order

The same engine that powers the API runs over your real baskets — with your cartons, your weight limits, your stacking and temperature rules.

03

You get the delta

Per order and in total: cartons used before vs. after, billable weight before vs. after, and the cost difference at your rates. Including which carton sizes are missing from your range.

Request an audit

Email info@eazylogistics.de with your order export attached, or ask us for a template first. We reply with the report and the assumptions we used, so you can check every line.

What we need exactly

  • Order linesorder_id, sku, quantity. One month is plenty; a full quarter makes seasonality visible.
  • Article mastersku, length_mm, width_mm, height_mm, weight_g. Missing dimensions are the single biggest accuracy killer, so we report coverage before drawing conclusions.
  • Carton range — inner dimensions, payload limit, and unit cost if known.
  • Optional — carrier rate card and dimensional divisor (e.g. 5000), plus any rules such as non-stackable or temperature-controlled articles.

What we do with the data

The files are used for the audit only, deleted after delivery on request, and never used for anything else. Details in the privacy policy. If you prefer not to send article data at all, run the API yourself on the free plan — the engine is identical.

Honest limits

The audit shows what a better carton choice would have saved on the orders you actually shipped. It cannot promise the same in future months, it does not model warehouse labour, and if your article dimensions are inaccurate the result inherits that error. We state the data coverage in the report so you can weigh it.
